The DFCL series magnetic separator (rubber roller type) consists of a reducer, housing, magnetic roller, and rubber roller. The reducer drives the magnetic roller to rotate. Coolant containing powdery magnetic impurities enters the housing, where the impurities are adsorbed onto the outer wall of the magnetic roller. The rubber roller then crushes the impurities, squeezing out the liquid they carry. Finally, a scraper separates the impurities from the magnetic roller. The DFCL series magnetic separator (rubber roller type) is widely used in surface grinders, internal and external cylindrical grinders, and centerless grinders for purifying cutting fluids containing powdery impurities.

Iron Scrap Separator – Magnetic Separator
Effectively removes iron from coolant without filter media consumption. Easy to install and can be used in combination with other types of filters such as drum (roller) paper belt filters, flat mesh paper belt filters, and vacuum negative pressure paper belt filters. Magnets can be made of ferrite, neodymium iron boron, or AlNiCo according to customer requirements. The housing material is made of high-quality carbon steel or high-quality stainless steel, depending on the specific requirements.

・To facilitate the complete removal of impurities adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic separator, the internal magnets of the roller-type magnetic separator can be designed with a structure where the magnetic force gradually weakens, with only the outer cylinder rotating, reducing power consumption and resulting in significant energy savings.

• Strong magnetic comb-type magnetic separators can be equipped with a scraper chip removal mechanism and a water flushing device to thoroughly remove impurities and solve the problem of iron filings accumulation. For better drainage, the comb-type magnetic separator can also be equipped with a liquid level control switch or a time relay to allow the geared motor to operate intermittently.

• For customer convenience, the water inlet can be designed as top inlet or rear inlet, and the water outlet can be designed as left/right or bottom outlet.
• Single unit flow rate ranges from 25 liters/min to 4500 liters/min.

• The geared motor voltage is three-phase 380 or 220 volts, and the geared motor can be placed on either the left or right side according to user requirements.
